The vision of Cariad Care Services' director is beautifully embodied in the name of our planned Supported Independent Living Services (SILS) accommodation, 'Hayley’s House.' Hayley (Chris’ sister), a deeply cherished individual, experienced a life overflowing with love and care despite her severe intellectual impairment. This was made possible by dedicated community disability support and her loving family.

Inspired by Hayley's story, our vision is to create better lives and lifestyles for our participants, fostering a community where everyone feels valued and cared for like family. We are dedicated to building a sustainable small business that not only transforms the lives of carers, consumers, and their families but also nurtures their dreams, expands their opportunities, and enables them to lead fulfilling, enriched lives.

Our goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to integrate fully into society, maximise their potential, and pursue their interests independently whenever possible. We are committed to supporting them in making informed choices, developing essential skills, and playing active, meaningful roles in their communities.
